Mandatory Requirement: Candidate must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel across Pune for onsite support and site visits.
Provide desktop, laptop, hardware, and software troubleshooting support.
Configure and troubleshoot MS Outlook and Office 365 applications.
Handle basic Active Directory (AD) user account and access-related issues.
Troubleshoot VPN connectivity and basic networking issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, IP configuration).
Log, track, and resolve incidents using ITSM/ticketing tools.
Ensure timely ticket resolution as per defined SLA requirements.
Provide onsite technical support and conduct site visits across Pune.
Maintain proper documentation of incidents and service activities.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of desktop troubleshooting, Windows OS, and hardware.
Experience with Outlook configuration and Office 365.
Basic understanding of Active Directory, VPN, and networking.
Familiarity with ticketing tools and SLA management.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
