Process Operations & Control
Operate and monitor Hydrogenation reactors and downstream processing systems.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, batch sheets, and process parameters (Temperature, Pressure, H₂ flow, Catalyst dosage, Agitation, etc.).
Monitor DCS/PLC systems for reliable operations.
Optimize hydrogen consumption and catalyst efficiency.
Troubleshoot process deviations and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdown handling and preventive maintenance.
Production Planning & SAP Activities
Execute production orders in SAP.
Perform goods movement (RM issue, FG receipt, by-product accounting) in SAP.
Maintain accurate production data and batch records in SAP system.
Track inventory of raw materials, catalyst, hydrogen, and finished goods.
Coordinate with PPC for production planning and dispatch schedules.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to Hydrogen handling safety protocols.
Monitor pressure systems, relief valves, and hydrogen pipelines.
Participate in HAZOP, safety audits, and risk assessments.
Ensure protected catalyst charging and unloading practices.
