Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent corporate clients for placement and hiring collaborations.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate partners.
Understand employer hiring requirements and align them with suitable candidate profiles.




Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate placement drives and hiring activities.
Manage employer communication, requirement mapping, and follow-ups.
Maintain placement-related MIS, reports, and records.

Key Skills Required
Experience in B2B client acquisition and business development, preferably in the IT or education domain.
Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and qualified email communication.
Strong networking and lead-generation skills, including the use of platforms such as LinkedIn.
Ability to build corporate relationships, generate opportunities, and work towards targets.
Proactive approach, ownership, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in B2B Business Development, Corporate Relations, Client Acquisition, Corporate Partnerships, Staffing, IT Services, Education, or Training Institutes are preferred.
