Key Job Requirements
Drawing Reading: Expert in reading 2D/3D Mechanical Engineering drawings.
GD&T;: Robust practical understanding of GD&T; and inspection tools.
CAM Programming: Hands-on experience with Mastercam or Mazatrol (Mazak).
Manual ISO Programming: Proficient in manual G-code/M-code for CNC Turning & VMC/HMC.
Tooling Selection: Able to select cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters.
Feasibility Study: Reviewing drawings to check manufacturability before production.
Machine Setting & Operations: Setting up CNC/VMC/HMC machines, running machines personally to produce first-off sample parts, and completing development batch orders.
NPD Documentation: Preparing Tool Lists, Setup Sheets, and Time Study Reports.
Production Handover: Getting sample approval from Quality and handing over to Production.
MS Excel: Basic Excel knowledge for tracking setup sheets, time studies, and reports.

Experience: Min. 3 to 6 Years (NPD / Tool Room / Machine Setting)
Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical
Controllers: Mazak, Fanuc, or Siemens
