Are you a sales qualified or background specialist in rehabilitation, psychology, special education, or human/child development who thrives on closing deals by solving real family needs?
As a Client Growth Partner at Carely, you will drive the top-of-funnel conversion and revenue growth by being the primary strategic and empathetic point of contact for families. You will build immediate rapport, diagnose family needs, qualify incoming leads, and articulate Carely’s value proposition to convert inquiries into active subscriptions.
This role blends consultative solution selling with high-empathy relationship management to help parents take the decisive step toward getting the right support for their children.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to parent inquiries across calls, WhatsApp, and email
Build rapport and clearly explain Carely’s services
Understand family needs and qualify leads
Share plans and pricing in a parent-friendly manner
Schedule onboarding with child development specialists
Maintain and update CRM with accurate records
Provide structured feedback to internal teams
Who Should Apply?
Graduate or qualified in Rehabilitation, Psychology, Special Education, Human Development, or a related field with a robust interest in direct sales and client growth.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (other Indian languages is a plus)
Empathetic, patient, and confident when speaking with parents
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using digital tools
