Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding career prospects, courses, and professional development.
Understand students' interests, skills, and career goals to provide suitable guidance.
Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.
Follow up with students through calls and messages.
Handle student queries professionally and maintain positive relationships.
Maintain counselling records and update student information regularly.
Work towards counselling and admission targets, wherever applicable.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
Positive convincing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
