Atoma India is a salon-at-home platform that brings premium beauty and wellness services directly to customers' doorsteps. We are looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Experience team and help us deliver an exceptional customer journey.
Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
Assist customers with bookings, service inquiries, rescheduling, cancellations, and complaints.
Provide accurate information about Atoma's salon-at-home services, packages, offers, and pricing.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers after service completion to collect feedback.
Coordinate with beauticians and internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, complaints, and follow-ups.
Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and encourage repeat bookings.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets related to customer satisfaction, call handling, and service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Positive verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
A customer-first attitude with patience and a positive approach.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
Ability to handle customer queries and complaints calmly.
Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply.
