Key Responsibilities

Management
Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned division.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement divisional sales strategies and action plans.
Identify growth opportunities, potential territories, and business gaps.

Team Leadership &
Development
Lead a team of Regional Business Development Manager Area Business Development Managers (ABDMs) and Medical Representatives (MRs).
Conduct field work, joint field visits, and performance reviews.
Coach, mentor, and train the team for improved productivity.
Participate in recruitment and on boarding of field force.

Relationship &
Market Management
Build and maintain relationships with key doctors, KOLs, hospitals, and institutions.
Manage distributor/stockist network to ensure product availability.
Execute CMEs, promotional activities, and product launches in the division.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and business insights.

Reporting &
Compliance
Prepare sales MIS, forecasts, and regional business reports.




Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory norms.
Monitor budget, expenses, ROI, and operational discipline.

Required Candidate Profile

Education
B.Sc / B.Pharm / Any Graduate (MBA preferred).

Experience
10 to 20 years in pharmaceutical sales.
Minimum 10 years in managerial roles such as ABM/RBM/DSM.
Experience in [General / Gastro / Ortho / Respiratory] division.
