Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and professional Customer Support Associate with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and skilled responses via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and service-related issues effectively.
Maintain transparent and qualified communication with customers in English.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
Follow company policies, support procedures, and service quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Build positive customer relationships and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in customer support, customer service,



or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in English, with good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer queries and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional attitude with a customer-first approach.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office, email, and customer support tools.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
