Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Design Engineer with approximately 5 years of experience in product design, engineering drawings, 3D modelling, and design development. The candidate should have robust technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop cost-effective and high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop 2D engineering drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection.
Ensure designs comply with customer specifications, industry standards, and quality requirements.
Coordinate with manufacturing, production, quality, and procurement teams.
Review and modify existing designs to improve performance, quality, and cost efficiency.
Conduct design reviews and resolve engineering issues during production.
Support prototype development, testing, validation, and product improvement activities.
Maintain engineering documentation, revision control, and design records.




Meet project deadlines while ensuring accuracy and design quality.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
Around 5 years of relevant design engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in relevant CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks.
Knowledge of engineering materials, design standards, and quality requirements.
Good analytical, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in product development and design optimization.
Knowledge of DFMEA, DFM, and DFA.
Familiarity with ERP/PLM systems and engineering change management.
Experience coordinating with suppliers, and manufacturing teams.

On-time completion of design projects.
Reduction in design errors and manufacturing rework.
Cost optimization and design improvement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
