As a Customer Relations Executive

Track the orders / cases that are cleared in Inbound QC and goes for production.

Have a check on the TAT and the delivery on a daily basis.

Duly verify the cases that are getting deviated from the TAT and report to the reporting manager for timely follow up and taking corrective actions.

Be a SPOC for customers and handle queries appropriately.

Work in alignment with the associated departments to ensure TAT is met and reports are properly documented

Candidate Profile

Any Degree

Experience in Customer Service will be preferred

Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
