Roles and Responsibilities.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the lead database.
Attend inbound inquiries and provide product information.
Generate appointments for showroom visits and vehicle test drives.
Follow up with customers on inquiries, quotations, and sales prospects.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
Coordinate with Sales Consultants to ensure timely customer engagement.
Conduct post-sales follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
Prepare daily and weekly call reports.
