Position: Junior Engineer – Engineering Department
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing and processing equipment.
Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical systems in production and utility areas.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure all engineering work complies with cGMP, safety, and quality standards.
Maintain maintenance logs, records, and documentation accurately.
Support validation, calibration, and commissioning of equipment.
Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Identify and implement process and equipment improvements to enhance efficiency.
Follow safety and compliance protocols at all times.
Required Skills
Robust mechanical engineering knowledge relevant to pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
Understanding of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
Basic knowledge of cGMP and quality compliance in pharma.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
Eligibility
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience may apply.
Age below 26 years.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Self-motivated and disciplined.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in shifts or rotational schedules if required.
