Build, install and dismantle formwork and shuttering for concrete structures, and do general site carpentry under a Carpenter Foreman.
Key Responsibilities
Measure, cut and assemble formwork for beams, columns, slabs and foundations
Ensure formwork is aligned, braced and secure before concrete pouring
Strip formwork safely after authorisation
Maintain and reuse formwork materials
Coordinate with steel fixers, masons and other trades
Follow safety procedures, wear PPE and use approved scaffolds
Candidate Profile
2+ years of carpentry or shuttering experience
Able to read basic drawings and use hand and power tools
ITI Carpenter or trade certificate is an advantage
UAE/GCC experience preferred
Furniture-only carpenters may apply, but shuttering roles require formwork experience
Must pass a practical trade test
