Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership:
Direct the implementation of the school curriculum and instructional standards.
Monitor lesson planning, classroom execution, and student assessment outcomes.
Promote experiential, student-centered, and cutting-edge learning practices.
Staff Management &
Development:
Lead the recruitment, interviewing, and selection of teaching and non-teaching personnel.
Conduct classroom observations, performance reviews, and mentorship.
Organize ongoing professional development and staff training programs.
School Administration &
Operations:
Oversee daily campus functioning, timetables, and resource allocation.
Manage school budgets, financial records, and operational expenditures.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and board guidelines (e.g., CBSE Affiliation Bye-Laws).
Student Welfare &
Discipline:
Establish explicit behavioral guidelines, attendance policies, and safety protocols.
Foster an inclusive, supportive, and anti-bullying campus setting.




Engage directly with student councils, extracurricular coordination, and counseling needs.
Parent &
Community Relations:
Maintain transparent communication with parents and address concerns constructively.
Lead Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) meetings and school events.

Required Qualifications &
Credentials
Education:
Master’s Degree in Education (M.Ed.) or a relevant academic subject.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
Experience:
Generally 8 to 15 years in school education, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a senior academic leadership role (such as Vice Principal, Headmistress, or Coordinator).
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication in English.
Proven leadership, crisis management, and decision-making capabilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of school board frameworks and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
