Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate site-level deployment activities across cross-functional teams.
Manage implementation activities including testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.
Work closely with site leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and global program teams.
Ensure smooth adoption of enterprise systems while maintaining operational continuity.
Drive stakeholder communication, issue escalation, and change management throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
15+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading site-level projects in manufacturing, operations, digital, IT, or enterprise system deployments.
Robust understanding of GMP-regulated manufacturing environments, compliance, data integrity, and change control.




Experience in enterprise system deployments including testing, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
Solid communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience working in matrix organizations with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
Experience with SAP ERP, MES, Planning, or Quality Systems.
Exposure to global or multi-site deployment programs.
Knowledge of structured deployment methodologies and change management.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement practices.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
