Position: CRM – Sales
Location: Wayanad, Kerala
Experience: Previous experience in CRM is mandatory
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and feedback.
Manage sales leads and ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer updates.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/DMS.
Monitor leads, appointments, test drives, and conversions.
Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.
Prepare CRM-related reports and maintain daily follow-up records.
Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.
Requirements
Degree / PG preferred.
Relevant experience in CRM – Sales is mandatory.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Experience with CRM/DMS software is preferred.
Valuable customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Candidates from the automobile/dealership industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wayanad, Kerala
