We are looking for a customer-focused and organized CRM to manage customer relationships, follow-ups, leads, and post-sales coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth customer experience and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries, leads and follow-ups through CRM
Maintain accurate customer and lead data in the CRM system
Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for customer requirements
Track customer follow-ups and ensure timely closures
Handle customer feedback, complaints and queries
Maintain daily CRM reports and follow-up reports
Monitor pending leads and ensure regular follow-up
Coordinate customer appointments, deliveries and service-related communication
Ensure proper updating of customer interaction history
Support customer retention and relationship-building activities
Required Skills

Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software
Customer-service oriented approach
Good data management and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups
Valuable verbal and written communication
Qualification Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with experience in automobile CRM will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate
4–8 years of relevant CRM experience
Automobile dealership experience preferred
Good professional communication
Strong ownership and follow-up ability
