Manage end-to-end accounting operations across multiple outlets within the assigned cluster.
Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
Monitor daily financial transactions, cash flow, expenses, and outlet-wise financial records.
Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and outlet-wise profitability reports.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances in coordination with the relevant teams.
Monitor outstanding payments, vendor balances, customer collections, and inter-branch reconciliations.
Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial records across all assigned locations.
Coordinate with store managers, cluster managers, finance teams, auditors, and senior management.
Identify accounting discrepancies, resolve financial issues, and implement process improvements.
Lead and supervise accounting staff, allocate responsibilities, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Support internal and statutory audits and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
