About the role: The role offers exposure to both Voice and Non-Voice Operations, including customer interaction, business information verification, listing moderation, data validation, quality review, and process support activities.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in internet browsing and online research.
Valuable understanding of web-based platforms and digital applications.
Fair knowledge of Maps, Geography, and Navigation concepts.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Sheets.
Comfortable working with data-entry and workflow-management tools.
Typing speed of 30 WPM or above is preferred.
