Role & responsibilities
Carry out Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all equipment used in an automobile paint shop.
Troubleshoot faults and errors appearing in Mitsubishi PLC based equipment by understanding the PLC ladder logics.
Recover Yaskawa / Fanuc robots to home position.
Teaching of Fanuc & Yaskawa robots.
Carry out large inverters troubleshooting and maintenance.
Fault tracing and troubleshooting in a large CC link network.
Analyzing breakdown data of all paint shop equipment and reviewing / revising maintenance plan to counter repeated & major breakdowns.
Puts consistent efforts to reduce MTTR, enhance MTBF & increase uptime of paint shop.
Preferred candidate profile Paint shop experience Production, Manpower handling, Work force handling. Maintenance of paint shop equipment.
