We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations qualified to primarily support & manage Employee Life Cycle activities. The role requires strong system knowledge, accuracy, and process-driven execution.
Employment Type: 5-year Fixed-Term Contract.
Knowledge:
Experience in a rapid-paced corporate environment in the IT or Banking domain
Robust multitasking and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Skills:
Good understanding of HR operations and compliances
Hands-on experience with HRMS tools
Knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Valuable communication and stakeholder management
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes – “Hire to Retire“ including preboarding – post-offer engagement, onboarding, HR Induction, documentation,
Probation / FTC evaluation, exit formalities etc. including cases of Voluntary abandonment of services
Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in HRMS and other HR automation tool implementation, integration, configuration, and ongoing system maintenance.
Manage Process Audits – IT & Non-IT & related HR Compliances
Prepare MIS reports on headcount, attrition, attendance, and payroll metrics
Provide insights through HR data analysis to support decision-making
Collaborate with business teams, recruitment teams and external vendors to deliver effective HR solutions.
Ensure overall timely & effective HR service delivery to employees and leaders.
