We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to join our ticketing and tours team in Kochi.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries related to flight tickets, tour packages, and travel services.
Communicate with customers and provide travel-related information.
Assist with ticket bookings, tour package enquiries, and customer follow-ups.
Build valuable customer relationships and resolve customer queries.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer service.
Requirements:
Plus Two or Graduation.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi (Compulsory) and English.
Positive customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn ticketing and travel operations.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
