We are looking for a Customer Support Intern to handle customer queries and website-generated leads related to books and educational products.
Responsibilities:
Call customers who submit queries through our website.
Speak with teachers, dealers, retailers, students and other customers.
Understand their requirement, enquiry and book/product needs.
Follow up with interested customers and update query status.
Maintain basic calling and customer records.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
