Role & responsibilities :
To independently conduct safety checks of the Equipment w.r.t. guards and interlocks
To maintain and monitor records of the checks performed
To be able to prepare reports using EXCEL, WORD and make PowerPoint presentations w.r.t the EHS processes.
To ensure Audit trails for the scope of work and maintain evidence.

Preferred candidate profile Qualifications : Graduate in Safety, Setting science.

Knowledge of basic Electrical/Mechanical installations in a factory / Industrial safety Diploma

Work Experience
To conduct safety checks as per prescribed checklists in electrical and mechanical safety
To maintain records of checks conducted and ensure proper documentation




To have a basic understanding of safety standards (national / international).
To be conversant with Risk assessment, Hazard spotting, Work permit system.
Prior experience as EHS executive in plants / Factories
Exposed to laboratory safety practices

Skills :
Prepare checklists in line with the EHS requirement
Knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL, MS WORD and PowerPoint
Performed Safety audits
Exposure to Safety audits
Exposure to process audits

Knowledge : Knowledge of Safety standards, Basic aspects of Machine Safety, Waste management, Risk assessment and Hazard spotting.
