MCUT Factory is looking for a Customer Support Executive with valuable Hindi communication skills to handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and order coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Communicate with customers in Hindi and explain product details and pricing.
Follow up on quotations, samples, and pending orders.
Coordinate with the sales and production teams regarding customer requirements.
Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
Build customer relationships and support order conversion.

Requirements
Hindi speaking is mandatory.
Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of calling experience can apply.
Valuable verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Tamil and English communication skills are an added advantage.

Working Details
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
