Role Overview
We are looking for a Finacle Developer / Core Banking Engineer to design, customize, and optimize Finacle workflows, reports, and modules . You will collaborate with business teams to deliver regulatory-compliant, high-performance solutions for BFSI clients.
Key Responsibilities
Finacle Customization : Develop workflows, reports, and modules.
Finacle Scripting : Work with FSI, MTT, SRV scripts.
Oracle PL/SQL Development : Write and optimize queries,
procedures, and triggers.
API & Middleware Integration : Connect Finacle with third-party systems.
Compliance Implementation : Apply RBI/IBA guidelines in customizations.
Testing & Quality Assurance : Perform unit, regression, and UAT testing.
Performance Optimization : Tune scripts and queries for efficiency.
Documentation : Maintain version control and detailed records.
Required Skills
Solid expertise in Finacle scripting (FSI, MTT, SRV) .
Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL .
Knowledge of APIs and middleware integration .
Familiarity with RBI/IBA compliance requirements .
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills .
Experience Criteria
3–6 years of experience in Finacle customization
Mandatory: Hands-on experience in BFSI domain projects .
