Key Responsibilities
PCB Analysis & Diagnostic: Read, study, and reverse-engineer complex Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layouts and schematics to understand their functionality or identify failures.
Component-Level Troubleshooting: Inspect, test, and repair diverse electronic hardware including microcontrollers, electronic pumps, pressure switches, sensors, and resistance tips.
Testing & Quality Control: Use diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators) to evaluate the performance of incoming and repaired electronic items.
Component Handling: Perform precision soldering, desoldering, and replacement of surface-mount (SMD) and through-hole components without damaging the boards.
Technical Documentation: Maintain transparent records of component faults, circuit modifications, and repair methodologies.
