We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Export Executive to support our international export business. The candidate will assist with export documentation, international client coordination, shipment management, market research, and day-to-day export operations for our spice and agro-commodity products.

This is an excellent chance for freshers to gain practical experience in international trade and develop a career in export management.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing export documentation, including proforma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and other relevant documents.
Coordinate with international buyers, suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
Support export order processing, shipment scheduling, and delivery tracking.
Maintain export records, client databases, shipment trackers, and documentation files.
Research international spice markets and identify potential buyers, importers, distributors, and wholesalers.
Assist in generating export leads and following up on international business inquiries.
Coordinate with production, quality control, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Help prepare product quotations, company profiles, product catalogues, and buyer presentations.




Assist in understanding export regulations, customs procedures, payment terms, and destination-specific documentation requirements.
Track international market trends, competitor activities, and new export opportunities.
Communicate with overseas clients according to their respective time zones when required.

Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in BBA, B.Com, MBA, International Business, Export Management, or a related field.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and internet research.
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
Interest in international trade, export-import procedures, logistics, and global business development.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
Knowledge of digital marketing, international shipping, or export documentation is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced business environment.
