As General Manager of Restaurant operations at Amar Khamar, you are responsible for:
Overall functioning and managing of a group of restaurants,
Supervise individual operations in cooperation with the senior restaurant team comprising of kitchen and service members,
Managing targeted P&L; of individual restaurants while working on the development of long-term strategy of the brand,
Coordinating with the Kitchen leadership for current menu development and continuous improvement in the quality of food served,




Coordinating with the service teams for achieving the highest possible standard in guest relationship management,
Ensuring recruitment of quality manpower in coordination with the HR team.

Fluent in English, Bengali & Hindi. Minimum Qualification: Degree in the area of Hospitality is desired

Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant work experience

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
