Key Responsibilities
Set up export processes and document formats
Select freight forwarders, CHAs, and shipping lines
Advise on HS codes and government schemes
Research best international markets
Find buyers through B2B portals, trade fairs, LinkedIn, and email
Prepare catalogues, price lists, and quotations
Negotiate price, payment terms, and Incoterms
Manage the order from confirmation to delivery
Prepare export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bill)
Arrange packing, shipping, insurance, and customs clearance
Follow up on payments
