We are looking for a skilled DRO Machine Operator to operate conventional machining machines equipped with Digital Readout (DRO) systems. The candidate should be able to perform machining operations accurately and meet production requirements.
Responsibilities
Operate conventional lathe, milling, and drilling machines equipped with DRO systems.
Perform turning, facing, drilling, and other basic machining operations.
Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
Set up workpieces and select appropriate tools for machining.
Use DRO systems to achieve accurate measurements and machining dimensions.
Check component dimensions during machining.
Maintain machining accuracy and product quality.
Follow production schedules and workplace safety procedures.
Maintain machines,
tools, and the work area in positive condition.
Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
Basic knowledge of DRO operations and conventional machining.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand measurements.
Experience operating lathe, milling, or drilling machines preferred.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may be considered.
