Role & responsibilities
Visit patients at their homes and collect blood samples as per scheduled appointments.
Perform venipuncture and vacutainer blood collection accurately and safely.
Ensure proper sample labeling, handling, storage, and transportation to the laboratory.
Follow infection control protocols and maintain hygiene during sample collection.
Verify patient details and ensure accurate sample identification.
Maintain proper documentation and update collection status.
Handle patients professionally and provide a positive patient experience.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: MLT / DMLT / B.Sc. MLT.
Experience: 15 years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
Hands-on experience in vacutainer blood collection is mandatory.
