Position: Executive – ERP & AI (Zoho ERP / Business Applications)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Qualification: B.Tech. (Computer Science) / BCA

Job Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, customize, and maintain Zoho applications and ERP systems.
Automate business processes using AI, Generative AI, and workflow automation tools.
Manage Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Inventory, and other business applications.
Integrate applications using APIs, webhooks, Zoho Creator, and Deluge scripting.
Analyze business requirements and improve operational efficiency through automation.
Prepare dashboards, reports, documentation, and provide end-user training and technical support.
Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies.





Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Zoho applications and ERP processes.
Knowledge of AI tools, prompt engineering, and business process automation.
Understanding of application integration, data analytics, and workflow management.
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate: A technology-oriented skilled with practical Zoho implementation experience and an interest in AI-driven automation and digital transformation. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
