Application Service Manager to lead end-to-end SAP application service delivery and drive operational excellence.

Hiring: ERP Application Service Manager (SAP)

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid/Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage SAP application support and service delivery with a focus on SLA adherence and system availability.
Lead and mentor a team of ERP analysts, developers, and support specialists.
Optimize application performance, manage upgrades, patches, and continuous improvements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, drive user adoption, and lead change management initiatives.
Support ERP implementation projects, releases, and governance activities.

Required Experience:
8 10 years of ERP/SAP application management experience.
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.




Hands-on experience with enterprise SAP applications such as SAP GTS, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP Cloud ALM.
Robust understanding of SAP architecture, ITIL-based service management, cloud platforms (SAP Cloud, Azure, AWS), integrations, and ERP operations.
Experience managing ERP implementation, support, and enhancement projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL, PMP, or SAP certifications.
Experience with Agile/DevOps and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
Exposure to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Financial Services domains.
