Role & responsibilities:
Be the technical expert for Duck Creek applications and guide teams on design.
Troubleshoot REST, SOAP and View Model API integrations • Find root causes of failures across UI, workflow, API and external systems
Manage and fix Duck Creek batch jobs • Review configuration changes and support releases.
Use SQL to validate data and troubleshoot issues
Handle complex production incidents and drive permanent fixes.
Review designs and give technical estimates
Preferred candidate profile:
7 to 14 years in IT, with 4+ years hands-on in Duck Creek (Policy / Billing / Claims)
Robust in Duck Creek APIs, integrations (REST / SOAP, JSON / XML) and batch processing
Production support (L2 / L3) and RCA experience on complex incidents
Valuable SQL skills
P&C; insurance exposure is a plus
Solid problem-solving and communication skills
Notice period: Immediate to 60 days preferred
