One Stop Immigration Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead multi-branch operations, manage teams and drive business growth in the immigration and overseas recruitment industry.

Responsibilities:
Manage operations across multiple branches.
Lead branch heads and department teams.
Develop business growth strategies and achieve targets.
Monitor KPIs, team performance and operational efficiency.
Improve processes and implement standard operating procedures.
Oversee visa processing, documentation and client escalations.
Build relationships with international employers and recruitment partners.
Prepare management reports and support current branch expansion.

Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience.
Solid experience in immigration, visa consultancy or overseas recruitment.
Proven multi-branch and team management skills.
Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
MBA/PGDM qualification required.
Fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
