Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (PA)

Role: Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.
Arrange business travel, hotel bookings, and transportation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
Maintain confidential files, records, and significant documents.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Manage office-related activities and administrative requirements.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.




Assist management with daily priorities and special projects.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good email drafting and documentation skills.
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Professional attitude and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to manage changing schedules and priorities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
