This role involves the preparation and review of the Company’s SEC reporting documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate financial disclosures.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review the Company’s SEC reporting, including Annual Reports, 10-K’s, 10-Q’s, 8-K’s, and XBRL filings as required.
Specific areas of focus include the Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and various footnote disclosures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a focus in public accounting.
CPA, ACA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
Proficiency in SEC reporting requirements and US GAAP.
Robust communication and analytical skills.
Experience working within a global matrixed organization.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle.
Experience with Workiva is a plus.
