Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Head to manage end-to-end finance operations for a leading electronics manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, profitability, manufacturing costing, working capital, compliance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial reporting.
Monitor product costing, BOM costing, inventory and manufacturing costs.
Analyse customer-wise and product-wise profitability.
Drive working capital, receivables, payables and cash-flow optimisation.
Ensure GST, TDS, statutory compliance, audits and internal controls.




Develop MIS dashboards and financial performance reports.
Partner with management on pricing, cost reduction and business decisions.
Lead finance and accounts teams and improve ERP processes.

Candidate Requirements
12–18 years of experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of plant finance, product costing, inventory and working capital.
Experience in electronics, EMS or high-volume manufacturing preferred.
Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel and financial reporting.
Strong leadership, analytical and commercial decision-making skills.
