Heights Residency is looking for a polite, responsible, and hardworking Hotel Assistant to support daily hotel operations and ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest enquiries, bookings, and room-related requests.
Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, well-maintained, and ready for occupancy.
Assist guests with luggage and other requirements whenever needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas and assigned workspaces.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest messages professionally.
Coordinate with the hotel manager and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Report maintenance issues, guest complaints, and other concerns promptly.
Maintain proper records and follow hotel policies and service standards.
Eligibility and Skills
Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, well-groomed, and customer-friendly attitude.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and computers preferred.
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage; freshers may also apply.
Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
