Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager / GL Lead to manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, compliance coordination, and investment reconciliation across a multi-entity family office.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting, General Ledger, month-end closures, and balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities.
Handle accounting for individuals, private trusts, LLPs, and private limited companies.
Lead multi-entity consolidation, inter-company reconciliations, and financial MIS reporting.
Coordinate income tax, TDS, GST (where applicable), statutory audits, and regulatory compliances.
Manage investment accounting and reconcile portfolios across equity, mutual funds, deposits, and other investments.
Review external consultants’ work and ensure timely closure of accounting and compliance matters.
Drive accounting digitisation, automation, process improvements, and internal controls.

Desired Candidate Profile




8–10 years of relevant experience in GL, accounting, financial reporting, and taxation.
Strong practical knowledge of individual, trust, LLP, and company accounting.
Experience in a family office, wealth management, investment holding structure, or complex multi-entity setting preferred.
Hands-on expertise in Tally, Advanced Excel, consolidation, and reconciliations.
Solid ownership, analytical skills, integrity, and ability to work independently.
