Position: Front Desk Executive – Patient Counselling

Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet clients/patients warmly and ensure a skilled front-desk experience.
Brief clients/patients about the company's services, treatment programs, and available facilities.
Understand patients' basic requirements and guide them towards the appropriate services.
Counsel prospective clients regarding service offerings, session plans, packages, and procedures.
Handle walk-in enquiries, incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with physiotherapists, psychologists, and other clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Maintain patient records, appointment registers, enquiry databases, and daily reports.
Follow up with prospective clients to encourage appointment bookings and service conversions.
Ensure a welcoming, organised, and skilled reception setting.





Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; backgrounds in Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration preferred.
Prior experience in front desk operations, patient counselling, healthcare reception, or customer service will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
A pleasant personality with a professional and empathetic approach.
Good organisational skills and basic computer proficiency.
Ability to explain services clearly and handle patient enquiries confidently.
