Key Responsibilities
Manage e-commerce portals and online selling operations.
Handle online orders, sales transactions, and order tracking.
Monitor product listings, pricing, and rate accuracy.
Reconcile online sales, payments, and marketplace settlements.
Handle billing and invoice verification.
Maintain sales and payment records using Tally.
Prepare sales reports and maintain records using MS Excel.
Identify and coordinate the resolution of order, payment, billing, and reconciliation discrepancies.
Required Skills
Knowledge of e-commerce portal operations and online selling.

Understanding of sales reconciliation and payment settlements.
