Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning for IT/ITES operations.
Prepare periodic financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, to support management reviews.
Support day-to-day finance operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, billing, and collections.
Track revenue, costs, and margins at a project or serviceline level, supporting analysis relevant to IT services delivery.
Assist with monthly and quarterly closures by ensuring accuracy of entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
Support statutory compliance activities, including tax filings, regulatory submissions, and internal financial reporting requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors during audits by preparing schedules, providing data, and responding to audit queries.




Stay updated on basic regulatory and accounting changes applicable to IT/ITES organizations and highlight impacts to the team.
Work collaboratively with HR, delivery, procurement, and operations teams to support finance-related requirements.

Qualifications & Skills
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and compliance requirements, preferably within an IT or ITES setting.
Working knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Hands-on experience with financial systems, ERP tools, and advanced Excel; exposure to IT finance tools is a plus.
Robust analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage assigned tasks independently while meeting deadlines.
Transparent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a quick-paced IT/ITES environment.
