Manage day-to-day financial operations and accounting activities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Monitor company income, expenses, cash flow, and budgets.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings in coordination with the relevant professionals.
Monitor payroll processing, salary payments, and employee-related financial transactions in coordination with HR.
Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and expense reports.
Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities to control costs.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other financial institutions.
Ensure proper maintenance of financial records, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Establish and maintain internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
Support management in financial planning and business decision-making.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
CA, CMA, MBA Finance, or other relevant skilled qualifications will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
Valuable analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.

Experience in managing the overall finance function of a company.
