We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with over 10 years of proven expertise in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant (CA preferred) with a solid command of Zoho Books and a track record of leading finance functions in dynamic business environments. This role requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to drive financial efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Prepare and analyze financial statements and MIS reports
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and internal controls
Manage cash flow, cost control, and working capital
Coordinate audits and liaise with external stakeholders
Support strategic decision-making through financial insights

Skills:




Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws
Financial analysis and strategic planning
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Problem-solving and process optimization

Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Preferred
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
8+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounts
ERP or accounting software experience, especially Zoho Books
