is looking for experienced and service-oriented Guest Service Associates (GSA) to join our team in the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage Service departments. The ideal candidates should have positive communication skills, a qualified attitude, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and hospitality service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Front Office
Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Manage reservations, guest records, and front desk operations as assigned.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Maintain professional grooming and front office service standards.
Housekeeping
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Assist with room cleaning, bed making, and replenishment of guest amenities.
Follow hotel housekeeping procedures and hygiene standards.
Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items to the concerned supervisor.
Ensure guest requests are attended to promptly.
Food & Beverage Service




Welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements.
Take orders and serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of restaurant and service areas.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and service procedures.
Coordinate with kitchen and service team members to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the respective department preferred.
Previous hotel or resort experience is essential.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional grooming, a positive attitude, and a guest-focused approach.
Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
