Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage daily housekeeping operations, supervise housekeeping staff, and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards are maintained throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in patient rooms, wards, corridors, washrooms, and other assigned areas.
Allocate duties and shifts to housekeeping staff and monitor attendance.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are followed.
Ensure proper usage of cleaning materials, equipment, and disinfectants.
Monitor staff grooming, uniforms, discipline, and work performance.
Coordinate with hospital departments to address housekeeping requirements and complaints.
Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal as per hospital guidelines.
Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene practices, and safety standards.
Prepare daily reports on staff attendance, cleaning activities, and operational issues.

Requirements




Minimum 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
Educational qualification: 12th Pass to Any Degree.
Valuable team management and communication skills.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation, and housekeeping materials.
Ability to manage staff and handle day-to-day operational issues.
Willingness to work in shifts, as required.
Maintain accurate daily reports on staff attendance, cleaning activities, manpower deployment, and operational issues.
Ensure proper coordination with management and clients, provide regular updates, address client concerns, and maintain qualified communication.

Preferred Candidate: A disciplined and proactive individual who can maintain high standards of cleanliness and effectively manage a housekeeping team. Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
