We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, employee management, recruitment, and HR administration. Candidates with prior experience in the education or school sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
Handle employee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Maintain employee records, personnel files, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate performance appraisals, training, and employee development activities.
Support management in workforce planning and HR-related decision-making.




Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and adherence to organizational policies.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience in HR operations and people management.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of HR policies, payroll coordination, recruitment, and employee relations.
Experience working in a school or educational institution will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
